Are you tracking your teens?

I remember when my eyes were glued to my phone as I tracked my teens.

I told myself it was for their safety.

But here’s the truth.

I wanted to know:

👉 If they drove too fast (like I did when I was a teen.)

👉 If they were on campus and not ditching (like I did.)

👉 If they were at their friends for a sleepover and not the girl or boy they wanted to have sex with (yes, that was me too.)

And when my fears came true, I was worried, frustrated, and angry.

All the fun emotions of parenting a teenager.

Did you know it doesn’t have to be that way?

You don’t have to live in a whirlwind of anxiety.

When you learn how to have a conversation so that they don’t anticipate your disappointment, they’ll stop doing what you don’t like.

(Read that one more time.)

I learned this approach when my middle child was a senior in high school.

And I’m excited to teach you.

Book a consultation to learn more.

It’s time to enjoy parenting and feel close to your teen.
