Take a breath

Breathe. Just breathe.

It’s okay if the decorations aren’t up.

It’s okay if you haven’t found the perfect gift.

It’s okay if you don’t send a holiday card.

It’s okay if your house is messy.

It’s okay if you order food instead of cooking.

It’s okay to say no to a party.

It’s okay if your family is disappointed.

It’s okay if you’re late.

It’s okay to prioritize your well-being.

It’s okay to say no.

Go hang out with the ones you love, engage in their world, and cherish the moments you have together.

Because it’s YOU that they care about.

And your love and presence are more than enough.
