i believe in you ♥️

Your teen wants to feel you believe in them.
EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
(even when they are being a little shit.)

They want your acceptance.

They want you to cheer them on.

They want you to think they are talented.

They want to know you will love them even when they mess up.

They want your trust.

They want you to think they are beautiful—inside and out.

They want you to be proud of them.

They want you to give them just the right amount of independence.

They want your approval.

They want you to know they are doing the best they can.

They want you to know they are good enough.

They want you to be confident that they can do it themselves.

They want you to believe their potential is infinite.

Don’t underestimate the impact you have on your teen’s life.

They are watching what you do and listening to what you say.

They can feel your energy every time you walk in the room.

Help them feel safe.

Comfort them.

Their life is challenging and they need you to believe in them.
