Stop feeling at a loss. Start knowing what to do.

There were times in my life when no matter what I tried, my teen wouldn’t “do the right thing.”

I was exhausted. Discouraged. Defeated.

I thought, I’ve tried everything, and I just don’t know what to do anymore.

Then I realized that I had the ability to change.

To think differently.

To lead with compassion.

To change my approach.

I learned parenting strategies that helped me have conversations with my kids in a new way.

Conversations became calm.

I learned what was really going on.

Understood the root of the problem.

Knew how to create closeness.

And how to influence decisions.

The arguments ended.

My frustration, worry, and guilt melted away.

I felt relieved.

Confidence, trust, and harmony emerged.

Is every day rainbows and butterflies seven years later?

Of course not.

But when we get off course, I know what to do.

Come join me.
