When was the last time you laughed with your teen?

Sometimes your interactions with your teen don’t go as planned.

Maybe you yell or react in a way you didn’t want to.

You told yourself you would be calm, and then you weren’t.

It’s okay.

You are not a bad parent.

You are human, having natural human reactions.

The good news is life and relationships are about balance.

So when a moment happens that you wish you could take back, it’s not a problem.

Just circle back to your teen and share that you are trying.

And then look for something they want to talk about or do.

Cook together.
Listen to music.
Dance.
Be silly.
Laugh at videos

The meaningful conversations and experiences you have with them balance out those moments when you lose it.

Life with a teen is messy.

You laugh a lot.

You cry a lot.

You make mistakes.

And sometimes you get it right.

I can help you spend more time laughing and getting it right.

Imagine how that would feel.
